Set up your workspace

When BeLuMae opens for the first time, the onboarding flow asks for your name, studio name, appointment types, and mapping palette. These details personalise the menus you use later.

1. Add your studio details.
2. Keep or edit the suggested services.
3. Choose the lengths, curls, and thicknesses you use.
4. Tap Start using BeLuMae.

Good to know: Free setup does not require an account or internet connection.

Add your first client

Open the Clients tab and tap Add client. Add the client’s name and only the contact details that are useful for their appointments, then save.

1. Open Clients from the bottom navigation.
2. Tap Add client.
3. Enter the details you want to keep on hand.
4. Save the profile, then choose Add appointment.

Tip: Keep profile details simple. The appointment history is the best place for set-specific information.

Log an appointment

From a client profile, choose Add appointment. Select the service, add notes, and save the visit. The finished appointment screen then gives you a clear path to add the optional map or result photo before tapping Done.

1. Select the appointment type.
2. Set the appointment date and add useful notes.
3. Save the appointment.
4. Add a map or result photo, then tap Done.

Build a lash map

Choose a length, curl, and thickness, then tap or drag directly over the eye shape. Switch between Simple and Advanced when you need separate base and spike layers.

1. Choose the lash value you need.
2. Tap or drag across the eye map to apply it.
3. Use Undo or Redo to adjust a section.
4. Tap Save map when you are happy.

Tip: The full touch mapper is included in Free. You can reopen a saved appointment to edit the map later.

Make BeLuMae work your way

Open the Settings tab to update your studio details and personalise the options shown while logging appointments. Add or remove your own appointment types, lash lengths, curls, and thicknesses.

Use result photos and history well

Choose Take photo for a new result or Choose library for a photo already on the device. BeLuMae optimises the image before saving it with the appointment.

Open any client to see their appointments in date order. Select an older appointment to review or edit its service, note, result photo, or map.

Free, Pro and app-store billing

Free includes up to five clients and five appointments for each client, stored locally without an account. Pro is planned to add unlimited history plus secure cloud backup and restoration.

Apple or Google will show the final local price and handle purchase, receipts, renewal, refunds, and cancellation. You will manage an active subscription through your normal App Store or Google Play settings.

Export or delete your data

In Settings → Data & privacy, you can export a portable copy of your studio data. You can also remove individual appointments, clients, photos, or all local BeLuMae records.

Pro users will be able to delete cloud account data in the app. An active app-store subscription must be cancelled separately. Read the Privacy Notice for the full details.
